David Y. Martin, Jr., LLC is the corporate name of our company. You will recognize us doing business as Wines Unlimited; Martin Wine Cellar, Baton Rouge; Martin Wine Cellar, Magazine; Martin Wine Cellar, Mandeville; and Martin Wine Cellar, Metairie.
David Y. Martin, Jr. founded Martin Wine Cellar in Uptown New Orleans in 1946. Mr. Martin went into business in a 15–foot long store and a back stock consisting of a single case of Canada Dry soda. Just over 60 years later and while the original location on Baronne St. has not reopened following Hurricane Katrina in 2005, additional Martin Wine Cellar locations operate today: Metairie added in 1989, Mandeville added in 2005, and Baton Rouge and Magazine added in 2006.

Catering Cook and Sandwich Makers: Deli & Bistro
Looking for outgoing individuals with an eye for detail! You will be responsible for high volume catering and daily deli sandwich line. Strong organizational and multi–tasking skills a must. Must be reliable, creative, and have the ability to follow recipes. High School degree preferred. Experience preferred. Food background is a plus+. Hourly.
Bistro & Deli is open 7 days a week. Looking for 2 or 3 employees with availability for both day and evening shifts. NO LATE NIGHTS! Will work with college students and their schedules.

Porter for Bistro, Deli & Catering
This position's daily duties include maintaining the seating area via cleaning, clearing tables, opening and closing set up and breakdown, sharing dish washer duties, to organize, maintain storage and walk–in coolers, cleaning the kitchen, assisting customers were catering carry outs, and to participate in the overall appearance of the front and back working areas of the restaurant. Martin Wine Cellar Metairie Location: Gourmet Cheese Counter.714 Elmeer Metairie La. 70005 (1200 block of Veterans) Assist and educate customers with selections of artisan cheese, meats, salmon, pate, etc. including food and wine pairings. Maintain the cheese, pate and meat case, prepare cheese for satellite store transfers, order products as assigned, etc. Includes cut, wrap and price items. Produce cheese plates and a variety of gourmet retail items. Responsible for daily opening and breakdown procedures, cleaning, sanitation, inspection, and inventory needs. Experience and interest in gourmet food, meat slicing, and food and wine pairing. Food Safety certification a plus. Knife and meat slicer use is required for daily job performance.

Evening and Weekend Shifts Part–Time Hourly Will work with college students and their schedules.
